A deployment is not only a subscription. Being explicit about the four components avoids the conversation where a quote arrives larger than a price list implied.
Frais d’implémentation
Set-up, configuration to the institution's programmes and rules, data migration from the existing systems, and validation before go-live. Sized by the state of the existing data more than by the number of students.
Abonnement SaaS
The recurring cost of running the platform: hosting, isolation, backups, security updates and every functional improvement released during the term.
Services d’accompagnement
Training for each role, assistance through the first full academic cycle, and ongoing support. The level is part of the offer and can be reinforced.
Développements spécifiques
Integrations with systems particular to the institution, bespoke documents and reports, and functional additions requested by the establishment. Quoted separately, per scope.
Comment le tarif est établi
A quote depends on the number of students, the number of sites, the modules retained, the state of the data to migrate and the level of support required. Those five things vary enough between institutions that a single published price would be wrong for almost everyone — high for a small centre, low for a multi-site group, and misleading for both.
The demonstration request captures exactly those parameters, which is why a proposal usually follows the demonstration rather than preceding it.
